After 35 years leading the Advisory Practice of the top global brokerage firms, Rick Sherburne founded HRS Commercial to continue to serve his clients at the highest level. At HRS we are advocates, not salespeople. We provide objective advice on the entirety of our clients’ real estate portfolios. As an independent firm, we use our extensive network to assemble the appropriate team for each assignment. Our advice is unbiased, conflict-free, and based on rational analysis. At the end of the day, we have one goal in mind: to create exceptional outcomes for our client partners while building long-line relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
