Rick Sherburne
After over 35 years of commercial real estate advisory and brokerage with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Rick has officially launched his own company. Mr. Sherburne’s career began originally in 1985 when he joined CB Richard Ellis. His expertise includes occupancy strategies for owners and users of commercial real estate to include land purchase, dispositions, build-to-suits, consolidations, and various financial structured leases and sale transactions. Rick brings a wide range of transaction experience throughout the entire North America markets.
What is a saying you live by? “If you can’t be on time, be early.”
If you could be anywhere else except here at this moment, it would be skiing in Utah with my family and friends.

Wesley Sherburne
Wesley is a Vice President at HRS Commercial, a commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Sherburne is involved in all stages of the real estate process for occupiers throughout North America. Prior to launching HRS Commercial, Wesley worked at CBRE where his team led the Advisory & Transaction Services practice in Southern California and nationally.
My favorite part about my job is meeting new clients that eventually become friends.

Matt Sherburne
Matt is Vice President for HRS Commercial, a premier Advisory & Brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to launching HRS, Matt spent three years with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Group. Mr. Sherburne specializes in portfolio strategy for office and industrial users, occupancy cost reduction programs, and complicated commercial real estate transactions.
In my spare time, you might find me exploring new surf spots.

Kyle Sherburne
Kyle is Vice President at HRS Commercial, a premier advisory and brokerage firm in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Sherburne has extensive experience managing the entire transaction process, including initial discovery of client’s operations/facility needs, market evaluation, financial underwriting, complex lease negotiations, along with a thorough post-execution follow up on permit and/or construction related activities. Prior to joining HRS, Kyle worked at Foundation Building Materials as their Director of Real Estate where he managed assignments across a portfolio of 300+ leased and owned properties.
In my spare time, you might find me playing guitar.

Joe Joyce
Joe is a Director at HRS Commercial Advisory where he oversees and manages transactions with five full-time brokers and a dynamic and diverse client base. Mr. Joyce specializes in financial underwriting and providing accounting guidance to clients. Prior to HRS, he was with CBRE as a Senior Associate Director within their Financial Consulting Group. With over a decade of commercial real estate finance experience, Joe is an asset to the team and clients at HRS.

Tony Moore
Tony is an Associate at HRS Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate advisory & brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Moore is highly motivated and a results-driven professional with experience in all areas of corporate representation including lease negotiations, built-to-suits, acquisitions, and dispositions of office and industrial properties. Tony is a high energy individual and passionate about creating long-term relationships with his clients.

Jill Baker
Jill is an experienced consultant, analyst, business owner, consensus builder, solutions finder, and systems expert. In 2024, she set aside her consulting business to work exclusively with her favorite client, HRS Commercial Advisory. In addition to managing internal projects, she oversees the marketing strategy for HRS and ensures the team’s productivity and efficiency by implementing streamlined operational practices.
On the weekend, you might find me outside… farmers’ markets, hiking, or at the beach!
